Travelling by car - turn off the A30 onto the A3074 signposted for St Ives. After a short distance continue straight across the first mini-roundabout and then bear right at the second. Continue on the A3074 through Lelant and Carbis Bay. Pass the Tesco supermarket on your left and continue down the hill into St Ives. You will pass Tregenna Castle Hotel on your left and the Jet Petrol Station on your right. Continue down the hill and turn left up the lane signposted "Edward Hain Hospital". This leads to Albany Terrace, we are just past the hospital entrance.
